After many years of fruitful partnership between RHS Systems and Welman Technologies, we are delighted to announce the formal merger of our two companies. This will allow us to greatly improve and streamline our support of you as our customer, and continue to deliver great value and expert advice on your operational and online marketing ideas. This will be completed by the end of the current financial year, so in the mean time we are still trading as two separate companies, under a single new brand.
We now provide a single unified point of contact, and provide in-house solutions to almost every aspect of accommodation technology systems.
We are also expanding our support and sales team as a high priority in January 2010, to help us serve you better as a customer.
New Webrooms Booking Engine Released
We have now completely re-designed the booking process that guests follow to make reservations in Webrooms, in order to bring the process up to speed with more familiar interfaces. We are extremely proud of the result, and have noticed a great improvement in the conversion rate of site visitors to bookings.
Usability feedback from both guests and properties has also been overwhelmingly positive. There are a number of new features which you can use to enhance your online reservations. We are gradually converting all sites to this new system as a free update.

RHS Web Rooms may now optionally be integrated with the SiteMinder channel manager service!
SiteMinder is an Australian based third party accommodation channel manager system. It allows management of multiple channels from one place, dramatically reducing the amount of work required to maintain your listings. Our RHS Web Rooms integration with this virtually eliminates the work involved in maintaining all of your online channels!

Bookings made via any channel are automatically added to your RHS front office system for processing. No manual data entry is required!
Optionally maintain one master set of rates for your Web Rooms system, and have all third party channel rates adjusted automatically. For example as a markup or discount on a certain channel, we can automatically adjust your rate by a fixed dollar amount or percentage
A single point of management for all your sources of online reservations makes a phenomenal difference to what can be a very tedious and frustrating task. Our integration with SiteMinder this year has literally changed the lives of many of our customers, and our direct HolidayGuide/Jasons/DutyMotel integration has also had a huge impact. Automatic updating of sites such as Wotif, RatesToGo, Ezibed, Vianet/Travelbug, and HolidayGuide provides maximum marketing exposure with minimal ongoing management.
