Roonsoft CallTrax is our PABX Call Logging and direct billing module. Easy management of base rates, markups and minimum call rates, including recall of historical calls. Compatible with almost all PABX systems.
The system has been designed to be very easy to use with the initial training taking no more than 10 minutes. Not to mention the ease in which you can handle any situation where telephone calls are required to be logged and charged to individual extensions or client accounts.
All telephone base rates, exchange locations and call markups can be set by the user to keep up with the ever changing telecommunications market.
